The scholarship is available through the Republic of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Education and Science to international candidates, including Kazakh nationals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The scholarship is intended for full-time studies in Kazakhstani higher education institutions. Greetings, applicants! Applications for Kazakhstan Government Scholarships for the academic year 2022-23 are now open, with 550 scholarships available to pursue Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degree programmes at Kazakhstani universities. The Scholarship is provided and funded by the Republic of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Education and Science. It is accessible to international candidates, including Kazakh nationals who are not Republic of Kazakhstan citizens. The scholarship is simple to obtain. Under this scholarship scheme, qualified candidates can study at recognized Kazakhstani universities. The Republic of Kazakhstan is the world's biggest state, straddling both Europe and Asia. Kazakhstan is Central Asia's first and only country to be recognized as a full member of the European higher education region. Coverage for Scholarships:

The programme will pay the whole cost of tuition.
Students are given a monthly payment based on their academic success; however, the scholarship does not cover travel fees, medical insurance charges, visa and lodging costs.

Criteria for Eligibility:

Bachelor Degree:

Passport; prior level of education certificate with transcript and supplement (if available) and notarized translation into Kazakh, Russian, or English (for candidates for a bachelor's degree – the average score of the document proving secondary education with a grade of at least "good");
Essay about motivation in Kazakh, Russian, or English;
A letter of reference in Kazakh, Russian, or English from the educational institution or workplace where the candidate studied;
A medical certificate for study abroad, as well as a medical certificate from the applicant's home country's official health authority verifying the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and AIDS;
Form of application Letter of invitation from Kazakhstan University (if available).

Master and PhD Degree:

Passport

A transcript and an appendix (if available), as well as a notarized translation into Kazakh, Russian, or English (bachelor's, master's, or specialist diploma with an average score of at least 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA or its equivalent earned at educational institutions;
