Rescue 1122 Physical Requirements 2022:

Running: For men under 30, a mile takes 10 minutes.
Running: 1 mile in 12 minutes for guys over 30 and females of all ages.
25 pushups and situps each minute (except for females).
Height: The minimum height requirement for men in all cadres is 5 feet 4 inches, with the exception of DERT Rescuers Serial Number 11, who must be at least 5 feet tall.
All-female cadre members must be at least 5 feet tall.
Male cadres must all have a chest measurement of at least 33 inches, with the exception of DERT Rescuers.
