In order to help impoverished families, Akhuwat Microfinance was founded in 2001. Akhuwat encourages the poor to build their own paths out of poverty in a self-determined and long-lasting way by offering interest-free loans. In order to help low-income families, Akhuwat Clothes Bank gathers, classifies, and cleans donated clothing and presents. Through kiosks erected in front of religious institutions, Akhuwat branches, and in low-income areas, the clothing is packaged and sent to underprivileged families. People having Pakistani citizenship are eligible to apply for the interest-free loan programme offered by the Akhuwat Foundation anywhere in Pakistan. Although it varies from 50000 to 150000 Rupees, the money range for various loan products is varied. Except for agriculture, which lacks an application form, the cost of the application is 200. The first step in applying for a loan is to download the interest-free loan Akhuwat Foundation loan application form from Qard-e-Hasan, fill it out with the necessary information, and mail it to the AIM branch closest to your house. Your loan application is verified by the unit manager, who also reviews any extra information that could be needed and confirms that all supporting papers were submitted in time for the loan to be approved.

Akhuwat Housing Loan Eligibility Requirements for 2022:
- Genuine CNIC
- a person who is capable of managing or starting a business and is between the ages of 18 and 62The applicant must be the home or land's owner.
- Legitimate ownership title or proof of land/house ownership (may include Registry, Inteqal, Fard, Allotment letter or any other valid evidence deemed appropriate)
The general requirements for loan eligibility are as follows:
- The applicant needs a current CNIC.
- A person who is between the ages of 18 and 62 who has the ability to manage or launch a business
- The applicant must be engaged in the economy.
