Criteria for Eligibility:
- Participants must hold a first-year university bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- The most recent university degree achieved within the last six years is required.
- Graduates in the Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Law, Economics, and Public Administration are eligible for the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship.
- Applications must be submitted in German or English and must be from a developing country.
- All Masters' courses have extra prerequisites that must be met by the applicant.
