Assistant Lineman ALM

Applicants must have a Matriculation certificate in order to apply. Candidates between the ages of 18 and 30 are eligible for these Matric Base Jobs at PESCO.

Qualifications: Matriculation Only (Minimum & Maximum)
Age: 18 to 30 Years (including general age relaxation)
Medical Category: A
Height: 5 Feet 4 Inches
Chest: 32 Inches
Weight: As per the body mass index chart BMI
Running: 800 Meters in 5 Minutes
Pushups/Dunds: 20 in Single Attempt in 3 Minute
Lifting of Weight: 30 KG in Single Attempt
Digging: 1 Ditch of Lenth, Depth, and Widht (2 x 2 x 2) feet
Climbing Skills: Tower/Ladder up to 10 Feet Wearing Safety Equipment
Pulling of Wires: In one span of 100 feet

Candidates from amalgamated districts (Ex-FATA) are not eligible to apply for ALM positions. The open quota positions will be filled on a district-by-district basis, based on available/allocated openings in the concerned district.

The recruitment process will begin with a screening of Physical Parameters, followed by a Written/Skill Test. Those who pass the Skill Test with a minimum of 50% marks will be called for a Physical Test, and finally, those who pass the Physical Test will be called for an interview based on the merit-based score of Skill & Physical Test.
